Wall-Street.com Quiz -- Financial Cartoons

Can You Identify These Pictures?

"Who", "What" and "When" are just as important as "Where".

Having trouble with this quiz?
In all fairness, your webmaster who created this page doesn't have much in the way of answers, either. Obviously many cartoons come from from the trust busting era which took place around the turn of the century. The only definite information I have comes from Art Today, the source of the art. Each cartoon must have a fascinating story behind it. If you are an historical guru who can enlighten me, I will publish your explanation here. Please send an e-mail message to pj@wall-street.com.

If you enjoy historical political cartoons you may want to subscribe to Art Today and view their entire collection. They have, for example 36 cartoons by Thomas Nast, whereas we have only a couple, here.
